These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Applfy, a software service that helps you discover Ausbildung opportunities in Germany and send application emails on your behalf. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Applfy (“we”, “us”, “the service”) is a cloud-based platform that may, among other things: (a) store and process your profile and CV; (b) connect to your Gmail account using a Google App Password, so that application-related messages can be sent from your email address in line with your instructions; (c) identify job postings and draft or send messages to employers as part of the automated application workflow you enable.
You acknowledge that the service acts as a tool under your direction. You remain responsible for reviewing settings, limits, and the suitability of any outreach before and while the service is active.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You may not share your account in a way that allows others to impersonate you or bypass our policies. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and appropriateness of information you upload (including your CV and any personal data contained in it) and for the content of messages sent using your connected Gmail account. You represent that you have the right to use and share that content with us and with third-party providers as needed to operate the service. You must not use the service to transmit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing material.
Access to certain features may be metered through credits or other usage limits. Credits are purchased or allocated as stated at the time of payment; they are non-transferable and may expire or be consumed according to the rules shown in the app. We may impose technical or operational limits to protect infrastructure, comply with law, or reduce abuse.
You must not use Applfy to send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages that violate applicable anti-spam or marketing laws. You must not use the service to harass employers, scrape contacts in breach of third-party terms, or circumvent rate limits or safety controls.
We may suspend or terminate your account, withhold or revoke access to connected integrations, or block certain actions if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
The service relies on third parties (including Google for Gmail SMTP delivery, Stripe/Whop for payments, and OpenAI). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by third parties.
The software, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service in line with these Terms.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory. The application process is automated. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or responses from employers. Output may contain errors; you should review critical communications.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.
