applfy.ai Refund Policy
1. General Provisions
This Policy governs the conditions for refunding funds to users of the applfy.ai service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") upon purchasing limit packages for response automation.
Payment for a limits package constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms by the user. Initiating the response automation involves immediate consumption of computing power. Therefore, refunds are strictly regulated.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
The service is considered rendered at the moment the automation process is launched. Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- Usage of limits: If the user has initiated the submission of at least one job application from the purchased package.
- Mismatched expectations: If the Service functionality worked correctly, but the results (number of employer invitations) do not meet the user's subjective expectations.
- Violation of rules: If the account is suspended for violating the Terms of Use or attempted fraud.
3. Force Majeure
The Service does not issue refunds and is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations if caused by force majeure circumstances. These include:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires).
- Accidents in hosting providers' data centers, global internet or payment gateway outages.
- Blocking by government authorities or changes in the operating rules of third-party employment platforms that make further automation impossible.
4. Refundable Cases
The user has the right to request a refund exclusively in the following cases:
- Cancellation before use: Within 14 calendar days from the date of payment, provided that not a single limit from the purchased package has been used (automation was not launched).
- Internal technical failure: In the event of a confirmed critical failure in the Service's source code, due to which the intended deduction of a limit occurred, but the service was not rendered, and technical support was unable to resolve the issue.
5. Refund Procedure and Timeframes
To initiate a refund procedure (subject to the conditions of section 4), the user must:
- Send a request to the technical support email specifying the account email address, payment date, and reason for the refund.
- The Service's processing time for the application and refund is up to 10 business days.
- Refunds are issued strictly to the same bank card used for the original payment.
- Transaction fees of payment systems and acquiring banks are deducted from the final refund amount.
